Rising electronic music producer Lockbox has paid homage to Demon Slayer, one of the most popular anime series in the world.

Since it hit the airwaves, Demon Slayer has been a cultural sensation. Alongside its incredibly engaging plot and interesting characters, the show features a laundry list of remarkable musical offerings that fans have come to adore. Now, Lockbox has set his sights on MAN WITH A MISSION and milet’s “Kizuna no Kiseki,” the opening theme of the third season of Demon Slayer.

Joining forces with JustCosplaySings for a soaring cover, Lockbox trades the original’s guitars for heavyweight synths and bass. The first half of the remix drops fans into a dramatic, spiraling bassline that harkens back to the many emotional moments from the internationally acclaimed anime. Lockbox then shifts gears in the second half to unleash a barrage of frenetic drum & bass sounds that matches the intensity of the series’ suspenseful battles.
