Explosive guitar-work & heavy distortion meet with contemporary tunes and a likable level of space – abstractly & stylistically – as Immortalizer’s brand new single, I’m Gone, pours into the room.
Dave D.R., stage named Immortalizer, is a multi-instrumentalist recording artist and performer from Ontario, Canada. Dave released his debut EP on CD and 7” Vinyl in 2016 and on social media in 2020. Dave is currently writing and recording the first full-length album.
Dave is heavily inspired by Heavy Metal and Rock pioneers like Motorhead, Judas Priest, Saxon, Primal Fear, Iron Maiden, Michael Schenker, Dio, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Helloween, Gamma Ray, Van Halen, Thin Lizzy, Megadeth, Metallica, Whitesnake, Deep Purple, and KISS.
The specialty of the music of Immortalizer is that Dave has created something authentic while being vintage in his music. His music tracks have so much energy that rock fans would fall in love with.
“I’m Gone” is a perfect example of showing off his authentic and unique music. The opening and the song title introduces things well – there’s a partly nostalgic, hard-rock core to the set-up, but there’s also plenty of space, melody, clarity, and rhythmic intention. I’m Gone’s highly metal rock tunes lift the mood and round off the experience with style and skill. Great Stuff.
